一．設備概述（）
本機是一種將潮濕粉體混合料，在制粒機旋壓滾輪擠壓下，徑向通過篩網(wǎng)擠出合格顆粒的一種專用設備。 該專用設備主要適用于醫(yī)藥，化工，食品，等行業(yè)中制造各種規(guī)格的顆粒，成品經(jīng)干燥后可制成各種制品。This machine is a kind of special equipment that extrudes the wet powder mixture through the screen radially through the screen under the extrusion of the spinning roller of the granulator. 二．設備特點（Features）
1本機拋棄以往旋轉制粒機采用鑄造槳葉擠壓的形式，采用活動滾輪，減少造粒網(wǎng)的摩擦增加其壽命，同時滾輪轉動壓出物料使物料更加緊密。1 This machine abandons the previous rotary granulator and adopts the form of casting blade extrusion. 2本機采用加厚型特殊工藝造粒網(wǎng)，不使用傳統(tǒng)沖孔網(wǎng)，篩網(wǎng)壽命大大延長，對于容易造粒的物料壽命可達一年，造粒網(wǎng)有整體式和抱箍式兩種。本機采用水平螺旋喂料至滾輪擠壓出顆粒的，再由鏟刀根據(jù)物料顆粒的要求設置鏟料距離從而下料。和傳統(tǒng)的旋轉制粒機相比，清洗可以直接用高壓水槍清洗，方便簡單而不會出現(xiàn)傳動軸承應為進水而出現(xiàn)銹死的情況。加料口與各制粒裝置的結構是依據(jù)安裝，清洗，調整，使用方便的原則設計，各方面與物料接觸部件均為優(yōu)秀不銹鋼制成，杜絕污染，保證了制品的清潔衛(wèi)生，符合GMP和FDA要求。2 This machine adopts a thickened special process granulation mesh, without using traditional punching mesh, the life of the screen is greatly extended, and the life of the material that is easy to granulate can be up to one year.
